I'm very pleased with the results of my first round (cold neck modeling) and I'm going back to working on my stomach and even more neck! Not only did they take my money, but they honestly told me I wasn't a good candidate because they didn't have enough money to get rid of it. This is not the high-pressure selling I value so much. I have the Classic Emsculpt range (for hard to train areas) and the Exilis Ultra range for skin tightening and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely use their services in the future. The staff is very friendly and very professional. Initially, I went for a consultation with Coolsculpting. Not only did they take my money, but they honestly told me I wasn't a good candidate because they didn't have enough money to get rid of it. This is not the high-pressure selling I value so much. I tried the EmSculpt treatment after an injury prevented me from going to the gym; I was impressed with the price and quality of the service and the results. Also, the facility is always clean and customers seem to be by appointment only, reducing the number of people inside; a huge benefit in times of COVID. I recently visited Cooldsculpting in Southlake and met Dr. Mitchell and Charity Bentley. Already after the first visit, I noticed a dramatic change in the postoperative scar of a 22-year-old woman. Wow, I'm amazed! I was also treated for cellulite on my stomach and buttocks. I had my second treatment today and they were on time and treatment was easy. There was nothing painful or uncomfortable about the procedure I went through, nor about the professional, knowledgeable crew on board. The charity was informative and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I will definitely come back. Thank you to Dr. Charity and Mitchell for successful treatment. The key: professionalism, quality, value I searched many places before coming to this place. I paid several thousand dollars for one treatment and was told there would be a second treatment in the package. When I went back for a second treatment, they wanted an extra few thousand. From the beginning, I was very clear about my price range and communicated above average what I needed for my stomach, but for the price of my arms I could add it up and go back for a second treatment. I felt bad, cheated, and the measurements didn't change at all because the staff was extremely lax about spreading prices, using unusual jargon, or how the process worked. My conversations with Rebecca were not about misunderstandings or helpful solutions to a problem. Reluctance to search or correct. My approach is friendly, polite and willing to work hard to solve problems. This was met with a dismissive response, no ownership and it really hurts. I feel stupid. This may not have happened to everyone, but it has happened to me - so I'm writing this in the hope that it won't happen to anyone else. Lucky. I researched many places before coming to this place.
